AVIATION IN REACH
Brand identity and social media design for a UK aviation charity.
ABOUT THE ORGANISATION
Aviation in Reach (AiR) is a UK charity working to make the aviation industry more diverse and open. They offer free mentoring to people from underrepresented backgrounds who want to become pilots, air traffic controllers, engineers, and loadmasters, helping them get past the barriers that usually keep them out.

THE PROBLEM
AiR was doing important work, but their brand didn't hold together. The visuals were inconsistent, the social media looked scattered, and nothing quite matched. For an organisation trying to build trust and attract mentees and supporters, a brand that looked all over the place was quietly working against them.
THE WORK
We started with a full brand audit and a strategy session to find the gaps. Then we built a clear, cohesive system: a defined colour palette, typography, brand guidelines, and a set of social media templates. The point was to give AiR a brand that looked the same everywhere, so they could show up consistently without having to think about it every time.
THE RESULT
AiR now has one clear, recognisable brand instead of a scattered collection of visuals. The guidelines and templates mean their team can keep it consistent across everything they do, from their website to their social media to their mentoring materials. The work finally looks as professional and trustworthy as the charity behind it.

Working with Tracy on this redesign was an honour and a pleasure. She’s done an incredible job, and I’m so excited to see our new branding in action. You brought our vision to life. Thank you for everything you did. You helped us as a charity more than we could ever say (and made us fall in love with yellow!)
