  • We’re based in South Africa, but we work with clients all over the world. Our process is fully remote and highly collaborative, so you’ll always know what’s happening and what comes next.

  • Beyond brand strategy, brand identity, and website design, we also offer supporting design services for existing clients, such as social media templates, marketing collateral, and ongoing website support.

  • We build websites on Squarespace and WordPress, depending on what your business needs. We’ll recommend the best fit based on your goals, content, and how you want to manage your site long-term.

  • Start dates depend on our current availability. If it feels like a good fit after your enquiry, we’ll invite you to book a discovery call and confirm the next available start date.

  • Timelines depend on the scope and how quickly feedback is provided. As a general guide:

    • Brand strategy: 1–2 weeks

    • Brand identity: 3–6 weeks

    • Website design: 3–5 weeks

  • Yes. In fact, most of our clients come to us because they’ve outgrown their current brand. We can refresh what’s already working, refine what isn’t, and rebuild the pieces that need to catch up, so your brand and website reflect the level you’re operating at now.

  • Project pricing depends on scope, but full brand and website projects are a significant investment, typically in the $7K–12K USD range.

    If you’re looking for a smaller starting point, our Design Intensive / Essentials option starts from $1,800 USD.

    After you submit an enquiry, we’ll recommend the best-fit option and provide a clear quote before anything begins.

  • Yes, we do. Payment plans are available for most projects, and we’re happy to structure it in a way that feels manageable and aligned with the project timeline.

  • We require a 50% deposit to begin, with the remaining balance due before final delivery and handover.
