Hey There! I’m Tracy
I lead strategy and creative direction on every project. Most of our clients come to us when the business has outgrown the brand, and they're tired of trying to make something built years ago represent who they are now.
I'm direct, thoughtful, and very strategy-led. I'll always tell you the truth, but I'll never leave you without a plan.
Beyond the work
When I'm not designing, I'm building The Femme Foundry, a creative community I started because support shouldn't be this hard to find when you're a woman in business. I also mentor up-and-coming designers and share what I've learned along the way.
Most days I'm switching between strategy calls and mom life, which keeps me grounded and reminds me that real life always comes first.

Meet Shaun - Our WordPress Developer
I'm Shaun Billinge. I partner with Tracy on WordPress website builds. I've been building websites for over a decade, and I care about the stuff that makes a site feel good to use, not just good to look at.
Tracy leads the strategy and design on every project. When a client needs WordPress, I take over the build, so you get a developer doing the technical work and a designer doing the creative work, instead of one person stretched across both. When the site is built on Squarespace, Tracy handles design and build herself.
