Our Creative Process

Everything starts with strategy.

  • Start by booking a discovery call. We'll talk through your business, your goals, your timeline, and what you actually need. If we're a fit, you'll get a full proposal. Once you're ready, we send the contract and invoice. A 50% deposit holds your start date.

  • You'll fill in a questionnaire, then we'll run a strategy session to get clear on your positioning, your audience, and where the business is going. From there, we put together two or three creative directions. Each one comes with mood boards and the thinking behind it. You pick the one that fits. That becomes the roadmap for the design.

  • We take the chosen direction and build the full visual identity. Logo suite, colour palette, type, and the brand pieces that hold it all together. Built to work across your website, your socials, and your marketing.

  • We show you the identity, walk you through the thinking, and ask for your feedback. You get two rounds of revisions to fine-tune the details, so the final brand feels right and works the way it should.

  • Once the final payment is in, we hand over your full brand package. Brand guidelines, organised files, and every format you'll need. If your project includes a website, this is where we move into build and launch.

A few things people ask

  • You can. It's not something we package up as standard, but we've done it for clients who needed the thinking sorted before the visuals. Bring it up on the call and we'll quote you for it.

  • Up to five weeks from start to handover. How fast we move depends a lot on how quickly you can give feedback along the way.

  • Yes. It's split into two payments, half to get started and half before the final handover. If you need to break it down further, just ask.

  • You won't be stuck with it. You'll see two or three different directions early on and pick the one that feels right. From there, you get two rounds of changes to get the details exactly where you want them.

  • That's a separate project, but most brand clients carry straight on into the website with us once the brand is done. Mention it on the call and we'll map out the full timeline together.

  • We've got two add-ons for that. One gives you branded templates and a posting plan. The other sets up your brand voice as a content tool you can actually use. Both live on the Content and Social page.
